Campbellsville University signed more than 50 players for the third straight year, inking a class that has 56 players that come from 10 different states.

The school held a signing day party where 32 of the signees attended. The attached photo is from the signing day ceremony.

“We feel this is the best class we’ve had coming out of signing day since we’ve been here, and we’ve had some really good classes,” coach Perry Thomas said. “We went out to fill certain spots looking for support, not starters, but we feel like we got lucky. Some of these guys could come in and play right away.”

The class includes 12 transfers or grayshirts.

The class also includes 25 players from Kentucky, including 11 from the Louisville area. Central players Cornelius Bolden, Korry Cornelius, Geron Johnson, Tajh Milliken and Dekwain Tarrance were all part of the class.

Other locals included Manual’s Percy Minor, Moore’s Jordan Ballard, Eastern’s Beau Biller, Brian Spalding and Nick Stamford and South Oldham’s Jacob Lamb. New Albany’s Darrin Griffin also signed.
